Lemon Garlic Herb Salmon


This is a fool-proof recipe for Baked Salmon is not only healthy but also delicious. Pair it with a side of rice or vegetables and a slice of french bread, it is a filling meal that is sure to impress your family or guests.

Lemon Garlic Herb Salmon

SERVES 2

45 MINUTES (PREP & MAKE)

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Butter

1 Lemon, squeezed

1 Clove Garlic minced

1/2 Chopped scallions

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

2 4.5 oz Wild Salmon Fillets

Olive Oil (for baking sheet)

Dash of lemon zest

Pinch of dried rosemary

Pepper and salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheated oven to 400 degrees.

Melt in the microwave for 30-45 seconds in a small bowl. When melted, add all the ingredients, except the salmon, and stir.

Lightly oil the baking sheet then place the salmon fillets on the sheet.

Using a spoon, coat the salmon with the lemon herb butter, evenly spreading it over the tops of each fillet.

Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from oven & serve with a side! Buon Appetito!
